THE ART OF GATHERINGLast updated: 1 November 2026
About this website
This website introduces Elegance (EPEM), operated for ELEGANCE PLANERS FOR EVENTS MANAGING in the United Arab Emirates. Contact hello@epem.ae with questions.
Experience concepts and enquiries
Experience descriptions are invitations to enquire. Unless expressly confirmed in an individual proposal, they do not establish available dates, reserved places, contracted venues, prices or bookable inventory. Illustrative images show creative concepts and are not a portfolio of completed EPEM events.
Before a booking
We will confirm the programme, venue, supplier arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment process, change and cancellation arrangements before you decide. An enquiry through this site does not create a booking or require payment. No payment is taken on this website.
Suitability and privacy
Activity participation is subject to the operator’s confirmed requirements and conditions. A women-only participant group does not imply exclusive use of a venue or women-only staff. Relevant arrangements should be confirmed in the proposal.
